We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To qualify for a return, items should be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, returned in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

Unless the item supplied is incorrect, faulty or damaged, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning it. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.

Where goods are faulty, damaged or do not match the item ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or return and will cover reasonable return postage costs.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Online customers also have the legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery and then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
