Returns Policy

Faulty products can be returned directly manormodels.co.uk, 48A Spring Lane, Doncaster, DN5 7QG and a replacement will be sent. The customer should return the item along with the order number and a description of the fault.

If a returned product is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.

If an unwanted item is returned for credit then provided it is unopened and in original condition then a credit will be made against the purchase price less a 10% re-stocking fee. No credit will be made for shipping costs.
